Q- Where is my order?
A- You can track your order using the Tracking Code sent to you via email. Most orders worldwide will be received within 2-4 weeks of placing your order, depending on the product ordered. However, in same cases due to high demand, it may take a maximum of 4-8 weeks to receive your shipment.
 

Q- How long does it take to deliver the product?
A- Our direct-from-supplier deliveries bring you products from around the world, with estimated delivery times ranging from 1 to 8 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary based on product, supplier location, and seasonal demand.


Q- What is my Tracking Code?
A- This is how you will be able to track your order. The Tracking Code was sent to your email automatically when the item was forwarded to the carrier. Please reach out if you haven't received your tracking number 7 days after placing your order by contacting support.
 
Q- I've lost my Tracking Code. What can I do?
A- Simply contact us at support@virtore.com with your order number, and we will resend your confirmation number.
 
Q- How can I make changes to my order?
A- If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We Can Change: Your delivery details; Your name; Your email; Your phone number.
 
Q- How can I cancel my order?
A- You must contact us within 12 hours. Note: We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
 
Q- What is your return policy?
A- Items are returnable within 14 days of delivery date, please see our returns policy to learn more about eligibility.
 
Q- Who do I contact if there's something wrong with my order?
